Digital Products & Services
Due to the immediate, irrevocable nature of access to digital content and tools, purchases are generally non-refundable once access is provided. One-time services (e.g., consultations or intensives) may be governed by separate terms provided at the time of purchase.
Billing & Renewals
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
- Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle; partial-period refunds are not issued.
- Promotions or introductory pricing apply only for the stated term and may change thereafter.
Physical Merchandise
If physical merchandise becomes available (e.g., Traders Chest™ items), return instructions and policies will be provided at purchase. Until then, all offerings are digital and non-returnable.
