Fulfillment, Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Fulfillment, Refund & Cancellation Policy (“Policy”) governs all digital products, online courses, memberships, subscriptions, and services offered by Kingdom Culture Holdings, LLC (“the Company”). By purchasing, subscribing, or accessing any content, you ("the user") agree to the following terms:

Fulfillment of Digital Products and Access

• Upon successful purchase, access to the course, subscription, or digital product is delivered electronically within 24 hours.
• Access is contingent upon an active subscription or one-time purchase term.
• Access is non-transferable and limited to the purchaser only.
• Accounts inactive for 90 consecutive days may be automatically terminated. Reactivation may require a new purchase.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

• 48-Hour Refund Window: Refund requests must be submitted within 48 hours      of purchase and before accessing any course material. Must  be submitted by email only thecaststrategy@gmail.com
• Stripe Payment Processing Fees:
  • All refunds are subject to deduction of   non-refundable payment processing fees charged by Stripe (typically 2.9%   + $0.30 per transaction).
  • Refund amount = Original payment minus Stripe fees.
• No Refunds After 48 Hours or Content Access: If content is accessed or 48 hours pass, refunds are no longer available.
• Third-Party Platform Issues: Refunds are not issued for disruptions beyond the      Company’s control.

Subscription Terms

• Subscription access is active only during the billing term.
• Subscriptions are automatically renewed unless canceled prior to the next billing cycle.
• No partial refunds for early cancellations; access ends at term expiration.

Account Closure Events

Access may be revoked without refund for:

• Inactivity for 90 consecutive days
• Death or incapacity of the account holder
• Platform migration, company rebranding, or dissolution  (with 30 days' notice when possible)
• Violation of Company terms or policies

Intellectual Property & Use Rights

• All materials are the exclusive property of Kingdom Culture Holdings, LLC.
• Purchase grants a limited, non-transferable license for personal use only.
• Prohibited:  Reproduction, sharing, resale, or public distribution.
• Unauthorized use will result in termination of access and possible legal action.

Limitation of Liability

• The Company disclaims liability for access issues,  platform downtime, third-party failures, or force majeure events.
• No guarantees are made regarding specific outcomes.
• Maximum liability  is limited to the amount paid for the product or subscription.

Policy Changes & Updates

• The Company may update this Policy at any time.
• Continued use of services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms
